Disputes arising from the use of the Site or in relation to these Terms and Conditions or the breach, termination, execution or validity thereof, shall be settled exclusively by the competent courts of Mexico City.

In case of doubt or contradiction between the text in Spanish and the rest of the languages, the text in Spanish will prevail.
